HIDE Skimmer Lids ship Free Shipping to North America (Excludes Alaska & Hawaii).

All kits are warehoused and shipped from Dallas, Texas.

Returns Policy

Note that HIDE Skimmer Covers does not charge credit/debit card fees on purchases. However, a 10% administration fee will be charged on all cancelled/returned orders. The customer is also responsible for returning unwanted goods in perfect resaleable condition to our Dallas warehouse. Please contact admin@skimmercovers.com for all order cancellation/return enquiries for further information.

Order Procedure.

Contact your local distributor to place your order. A list of distributors can be found here on the HIDE website. https://skimmercovers.com/distributors

Dispatch. 

For HIDE kit orders: We endeavour to process all orders within 24 hours, during regular business hours. You will be notified of any out of stock items. 

Purchase a replacement key from your HIDE supplier; we will send freight free directly to the homeowner. We offer two lengths: Lids up to 35mm thick stone or a stone thickness of over 40mm.

Replacement of faulty Safety Keys: sent no-charge direct to the homeowner. 

For HIDE custom size orders: Availability and quote Conditions apply. Please contact your supplier or HIDE Sales Representative for details.

Freight Policy

Standard Courier service is selected based on destination and volume. Freight invoiced at cost plus special requirements. Any special or referred requirements must be specified on emailed orders. For your own freight arrangements or quote comparisons, we can provide shipment dimensions and weights.

HIDE Returns Policy

Any returned product must be unused, in its original packaging and in its original, re-saleable condition. All product returns require authority from our administration office. However, you should discuss the returns policy of your local distributor as it may differ for each company.
