Returns Policy

• Returns window: 180 days.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in original, re-saleable condition.
• Customer return freight: For unwanted/change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping to our warehouse in Dallas TX.
• Restocking fee:A Restocking fee of 10% (of product price) applies to all cancelled or change of mind returns.
• Returns label: It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly address the returns label.
• Refund timing: Refunds are issued within 1–2 business days after the return is received and inspected. Posting times back to your Bank/Credit card or PayPal may vary.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are not accepted at this time.
