We offer Free Shipping to the Lower 48 states of the US (which excludes Alaska & Hawaii).
All HIDE kits are warehoused and shipped from Dallas, Texas.
Carriers include USPS, FedEx and UPS.
Order by 2pm (CST) to be delivered within 7 days to Lower 48.

Ordering

Place orders through your local distributor. A current distributor list is available here see  skimmercovers.com/distributors

Dispatch. 

• HIDE kit orders: We endeavour to process orders within 24 hours during regular business hours. You will be notified of any out-of-stock items.
• Custom-size orders: Availability and quotes are subject to conditions. Please contact your supplier or HIDE Sales Representative for details, or email HIDE Head Office to learn more.

Safety Keys & Replacements

• Replacement keys: Purchase from your HIDE supplier; we will ship freight-free directly to the homeowner. Two lengths are available: for lids up to 35 mm stone thickness, or over 40 mm.
  
• Faulty Safety Keys: Replaced at no charge, shipped direct to the homeowner. 

Freight (Stockists)

• Standard courier is selected based on destination and volume.
• Freight is invoiced at cost, plus any special requirements.
• If you prefer to arrange your own freight or compare quotes, we can provide shipment dimensions and weights.
• Any special requirements must be specified on emailed orders.

Returns (Stockists)

• Any returned product must be unused, in original packaging, and in original, re-saleable condition.
• Return authority is required from our administration office.
• Please also review your local distributor’s returns policy, as conditions may vary by company.
